Four ways to work together
We don’t force a one-size-fits-all contract. Pick the model that fits your business; we adapt the rest.
- Preferred vendor. You list Servoner as the preferred housekeeping/help provider for your residents or guests. We give your customers priority slotting and a fixed corporate rate. Monthly invoice, no commitment.
- Dedicated team. A ring-fenced pool of trained helpers reserved for your property or chain — uniformed, briefed on your standards, with named supervisors. You get SLA-backed response times.
- Referral programme. You send us business; we pay you a referral fee on each closed placement (10–15% typical). Tracked via referral codes — no paperwork up front, monthly settlement.
- White-label / co-branded. We power the back-end, you handle the brand. Our supply, your customer relationship. Bespoke commercial terms.

- A pre-verified network. Every helper passes Aadhaar/ID, address proof, reference, in-person interview and basic health screen before joining our pool. Police verification facilitated on request.

What partners usually ask
Is there a minimum volume to partner?
No fixed minimum. We’ve worked with single-property hotels and 200-room co-living operators. We do recommend at least a 90-day pilot so both sides can build a working rhythm.
How do you price for partners?
Slabbed by volume and commitment. A preferred-vendor arrangement at 10-15 placements/month is priced differently from a one-off referral. We share a tailored rate card after the discovery call.
Are your helpers exclusive to partners?
For dedicated-team partnerships, yes — we ring-fence a pool of helpers for you. For preferred-vendor and referral models, helpers are shared across customers but priority is given to partner orders.
How do you handle escalations?
A named account manager + dedicated WhatsApp line, response within 4 working hours. Replacement of an unsuitable helper within 48 hours under partner SLAs.
What about data and confidentiality?
We sign an NDA on request. Customer and helper data is held under our Privacy Policy (DPDP Act compliant). We do not share partner customer lists across accounts.
Can we white-label Servoner under our own brand?
Yes, with a separate commercial agreement. You handle the customer-facing brand and pricing; we power the verified supply, training and operations behind the scenes.
