Servoner places trained, verified helpers with thousands of families across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.

• Valid identity documents (Aadhaar) and a permanent address proof.
• Two contactable references from previous employers or community elders.
• Cleanliness, punctuality and respect for the families you work with.
• Comfort with at least Hindi; English or Bengali is a plus for certain placements.
• A clean police verification — we help facilitate this if you don’t already have one.
