1. Information we collect
When you contact us through the website (booking form, popup or contact page), we collect:
- Your name and phone number — required to call or WhatsApp you back.
- Your email address — if you provide it, used for booking confirmations only.
- Your area or locality in Delhi NCR — so we can match a helper near you.
- The service you’re interested in (maid, cook, babysitter, etc.).
- Any other details you choose to share in the message field.
We also collect basic technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard server-log data used to keep the site secure and improve performance.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry — calling, WhatsApp’ing or emailing you within working hours.
- To match you with a verified helper in your locality.
- To share booking confirmations, replacement updates and invoices.
- To improve our service by understanding which areas, services and pages are most useful to families like yours.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, dispute resolution, statutory authority requests).
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
3. Who we share information with
We share the minimum information needed with:
- The helper assigned to your home — so they can reach you and reach the right address.
- Payment processors like PhonePe and standard UPI rails, when you pay online.
- Service providers who help us operate (web hosting, email delivery, analytics). These vendors are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we engage them.
- Law-enforcement or regulatory bodies, where we are legally required to.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use small cookies to remember things like “you’ve already seen the booking popup” (so we don’t pester you on every visit) and to measure aggregate site usage with Google Analytics. You can clear cookies anytime from your browser settings; the site will still work normally, you’ll just see the popup again.
5. How we secure your data
The website runs over HTTPS. Customer information is stored on access-controlled servers and is only accessible to authorised Servoner staff for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. We retain enquiry data for the time required to provide ongoing service to you, plus the statutory minimum for tax and accounting records.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of marketing communications — reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or email us.
- Raise a concern with a data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

7. Children
Our service is intended for adults arranging help in their home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we discover such data has been provided, we delete it immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy as our services and the law evolve. The latest version always lives at this URL, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
